I love making any kind of fruit cake. Its two layers of vanila cake with filling whipped cream and strawberry sliced. And covered with whipped cream and strawberry. I added almond around the cake. The vanila cake is so soft, as u can see in my dapur manise blog, u can also check the recipe in there. Unfortunately I forgot the source of the recipe, but once I got it, I will state in my blog.
