Golf Cake

Order from my niece Octa de Queljoe for her friend Keith. Keith birthday on 20th of November. Octa told me that Keith like his birthday cake. Thanks God for that. Two layers of mocca cake filling with mocca and almond. So another order is coming for 4th of December :) Thanks Octa :)

Flower & Butterfly Wedding Cupcakes for George & Brenda

Before marriage George & Brenda came to me and talked about their wedding cake, so I decided to make wedding cupcake for their wedding reception. Eventhough this is my first experience in making wedding cake. When I talked to my friend Wanti who have Antewanti's Cake, she interested to join with me together in making the wedding cupcake, same as Christine who have Berynina Bake Shop. So we worked together. We made 300 cupcakes. Around 150 cupcake placed in the tier and 150 cupcakes in the box.

Strawberry Shortcake

I love making any kind of fruit cake. Its two layers of vanila cake with filling whipped cream and strawberry sliced. And covered with whipped cream and strawberry. I added almond around the cake. The vanila cake is so soft, as u can see in my dapur manise blog, u can also check the recipe in there. Unfortunately I forgot the source of the recipe, but once I got it, I will state in my blog. After read klappertaart wilton recipe, crossed on my mind that this is a difficult recipe. But I am willing to make it. After office hour I bought coconut. Other ingredients was available at home. Simple Marmer Pound Cake
